canna leaves not unrolling

started cannas in soil in plastic bags. they were doing
beautifully, but now new leaves not unrolliing. is there
a reason for this, and is there anything i can do to prevent this.

| It could be getting set to flower, or you might have leaf rollers. Check to see if you have any cut-like markings on the existing leaves, or if you hvae any thin web-like substance preventing the leaves from unrolling. If so, you have leaf-rollers and you might want to spray it with some pesticide for leaf rollers |
