| Does anyone know if all cannas are edible? I know canna edulis and canna indicta are, but what about anyother genuss?

| My neighbor said that one year for Thanksgiving her mother served canna lily tubers like potatoes and didn’t tell them what they were until after they had finished eating! I thought that all canna tubers were edible after cooking properly (Like an elephant ear or taro plant). But maybe not… Weatherguy |
