Do Cleopatras look like Phaison when coming up?

I bought several packages of labeled "Cleopatra" bulbs from Lowe's and planted them. They are coming up, but they look exactly like my Phaison cannas coming up their second year. The leaves have the stripes/coloration like Phaison and I see no half-n-half red-green variation yet. Could the packages have been mislabeled? Or do Cleopatras start out striped? I won't mind, the Phaisons are beautiful, but I was looking for a new canna. Any advice is helpful (other than don't buy plants from corporate garden centers, I generally shop local) and would be appreciated. Kara

Mine were a mix of solid green and half-red/green leaves.........no stripes. If the leaves have several stripes of colors, it doesn't sound like Cleopatra.

Definitely successive stripes-I mean it looks identical-dead ringer next to the Phaison. I got another pack today I will try again. If these end up being Phaison instead of Cleopatra I guess I'll have some good trading ahead!
