Hi - I just took delivery of 100+ plants from a wholesale nursery that I've used in the past with great success. I'm new to Canna's and wanted to plant some around our pool. Well, these don't look great and I'm not sure if they're safe to plant after reading some last night about disease

Maybe it's normal since they may not have been cared for properly? I would like to get an opinion or two before putting them in the ground.
