Are these Black Knights okay to plant?

Hi - I just took delivery of 100+ plants from a wholesale nursery that I've used in the past with great success. I'm new to Canna's and wanted to plant some around our pool. Well, these don't look great and I'm not sure if they're safe to plant after reading some last night about disease

Maybe it's normal since they may not have been cared for properly? I would like to get an opinion or two before putting them in the ground.

Here are some pics. Thank you!

These look fine to me, just showing some wear and tear. Once the new pristine leaves are showing, you can trim these old ones off with scissors. I love my Black Knight. In some parts of my garden, I trim off the flowers (yes those velvety pure red flowers) when the color clashes with a different red. I have many cannas but the foliage on the Black Knight/Black Velvet is the prettiest foliage I've seen. I'd grow them for that even if they never had any flowers.
