Hello,

I a new owner of Tropicannas and I am in love with them! I have them planted around our pool.

I have a question about winter care. We live in San Diego so I know they can be left in the ground. Our soil is clay and I dug huge holes for them with lots of amended soil. In the winter do I cut them down to about 4 inches and stop watering? I'm not sure if I should continue to water them in the winter??
