Is stuttgart slow to get started? I started C. musifolia and c, stuttgart at the same time. Musifolia is now ready to be potted on and there is no sign of stuttgart. Any ideas?

My Stuttgart just came up last week here in Raleigh. Maybe it's just slow? Sally

When did you plant them? I had some that sprouted five days after I planted them. If its been over ten days I would pull them out to see if they are still alive. Joe

Pulled up yesterday- still looks firm and alive, but no growth. Not even roots.

Since I live in zone 7, I tried to get my Stuttgart to get started early by planting inside in a large pot. It seemed to take them FOREVER to get started, but now they are up about twelve inches, and looking fine. I am hoping that I was sold the right variety, though, because the leaves look quite green and ordinary. Maybe they will change with age.
