I have been watering my cannas heavily due to the heat wave. This evening I noticed they were weeping. I believe that is the term when water is expelled through the leaf. Is it possible I'm overwatering? I was under the impression that like hostas it was almost impossible. I would have no problem cutting back the water schedule, but I want the plants to be happy.
