| Anyone know what kind of canna this is? The picture was taken at The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. It was not labeled. Thanks! |

| There are so many kinds, but if I had to guess, it looks a lot like the species Canna indica. When I visited Kew, I seemed to notice that species rather than hybrids seemed to be the preferred plants since Kew was a showplace for exotic specimens from all over the world in the glory days of the British Empire and they grew the wild types as collected for display. |
