These are one tough plant!

Last fall I moved and thinned out my cannas. The excess bulbs went to friends and the like but I still had some left so I tossed them in the compost bin, which is in a location that gets very little sunlight. Now I have canna growing in my compost bin. Needless to say they are doing quite well with all that food at the ready.

Put them out front with a Free sign and they will disappear. Or go to the exchanges and trade them for other flowers. They do have a way of multiplyng. I have yellow ones everywhere.
