| I have lots of fun buying unidentified cannas off of Ebay, and then seeing what I get. Unfortunately I'm never the one who can ID them, which is where you all come in!
Number 1: Cluster of smallish waxy red blooms with a yellow base, red speckles inside, and a yellow stamen. Medium green leaves. Currently in a pot, so bloomed at a shorter height than it would have if in the ground. Currently about 2.5' tall.
Number 2: This one is much taller, also in a pot, has large, solid orange, floppy blooms and medium green foliage. I thought it might be an Orange Beauty, but it also looks similar to a few other varieties.
