| I ordered some cannas from Old House Gardens. They have shipping starting April 1st and you can specify your preference one of the four weeks in April. I started my cannas middle of April in those black nursery pots and had good sized plants to put out by the middle of June. I am in northern Mass where you really can't put them out until then. They are flowering nicely now. One thing you could try that I did was to use an old heating pad on a timer under the pots containing rhisomes to speed their development. |
