Are 'City of Portland' and 'Maudie Malcolm' the same variety?

Are "City of Portland" and "Maudie Malcolm" the same variety? I ask because I was on Ebay looking at some pink cannas. The auction is for a City of Portland. I often save pictures of plants I would like to buy some day down the road. When I went to save the picture, it was (already) titled "View Maudie Malcolm"(!). Did the seller mess up or are these different names for the same variety of canna?

(thanks to you experts!)

No they are not the same canna. And check this out. That ebay seller is using pictures he lifted from Horn Canna's online catalog. Check for yourself.
