It seems to be the most common one in these parts. Just driving around, it seems like over half of the canna's I see are Robert Kemp.

As stated by William Z., Canna 'Robert Kemp' is a synonym for Canna compacta, a wild species from S. America. It has also acquired another synonym, also being known as Canna 'Tiki Torch'.

I am drying out some seeds in my carport right now. My Robert Kemps are more orangey than true red. I have started them from seed but the germination rate is not very high. I can also send you a couple rhizomes if you want, but I have never mailed them and I don't know how. What do you have?
