| I just bought a Cleopatra today, it has all green leaves. Is there anything I can do to get the maroon leaves to come out? It was in a pond at work and I am going to transplant it into soil. Will that help? I also will be over wintering it in the house.
TIA,

| The way this plant grows is some leaves will have purple some will not some will just have a purple streak. There is nothing you can do to make it have all leaves with purple. |

| My Cleopatras seem to make more splashes of maroon on the foliage by growing them in rich, moist, well drained soil.I've tried growing in different soil types but leaves weren't as pretty. I use a good fertilizer about every two months. In the summer, I water everyday. These Cleos are loved by everyone that sees them. A true show stopper! Dee |
