OverWinter Canna seedlings

Do you think it is possible to sustain some very small canna plants I germinated from seed with a simple $8.00 glo light in my garage. Temperture in garage is about 15 degrees higher than the outside temperature.

Right now I have them in a very small home made green house in the yard.

As long as the garage is ALWAYS above freezing you might be fine. I have some seedlings under a grow light in my room that I started a month or two ago and they are doing great.
