It's really hard to tell from your pictures what you have. We need closeups of the blooms when they're in full bloom.

As far as the yellow streak in the leaf, that's not uncommon. Sometimes my cannas just get streaks here and there. It's just a fluke of nature.

There are 100's of different cannas. It may be hard to pinpoint yours, but we'd have a better chance with a more detailed bloom shot.
