| Well, I went to Halifax Seed yesterday and finally got my ProMix dirt bale - but a different one. I usually buy the BX, but they had this new HL stuff on sale so I'm going to give it a try. It's usually more expensive, but they had it for $22.00 - something like $10.00 off.
Last year with our wet east coast weather I did lose some seeds. They rotted. June was particularly bad. I don't think we saw one day of sun in that month. :(
The HL has a higher porosity, so we're going to give it a try. Wish me luck! Hope I didn't screw this one up!! :) |
