Canadian Winter Sowing

Hi everyone. hope all your sowing is going well. I have about 25 containers only as no place to plant more.I can start anything in the greenhouse where I work and am thus quite lucky. Has anyone grown zinnias or chrysanthemums in winter sow in zone3b ? I have a lady asking and have never done them so????
Can`t wait for spring here 1-2 days and then snow again- say sat. is going to sow.ug!!!!!!!! take care Lois

I have grown chrysanthemum here in Zone 5 with regular winter sowing, but zinnias, I usually leave until April, Spring sowing really. They are quite tender.
