Need id - Ottawa Valley Gardeners

I have been trying to id a plant that was given to me some years ago and found my new neighbour had the same plant. She told me that the name was 'mugwort' but that shows as an Artemisia when 'Googled', a completely different plant. It has grass-like leaves and bears the most beautiful 3-lobed fuschia flower (about the size of a quarter) in the leaf axils. My neighbour got it from her late grandmother's garden in Stittville, and her mother told me she remembers the plant being called 'something else', but can't remember what it is. I beleive it is a case of people in different parts of the valley calling the same plant different common names. Can anyone identify this plant? I just wish I knew what it was. It grows in full sun, is about 18 inches high, and makes a sizeable clump in a couple of years. I believe it's a 'native' or wildflower, but it does not show in Ontario Wildflower database. Any ideas? (We live in Ottawa).
