What I have done in the past is keep them in pots, moving to larger pots if necessary and then burying the pots in the ground in the fall. I then cover with a thick layer of leaves. I have a small area I use as my holding garden for this purpose. This has worked well for me. I have lost a couple of plants over the years but not many. Hope this helps. Wendy

Most of the plants you listed will flower next summer if they are well established. For that reason, if you have the space, I would put them in the ground now and let them put down some good roots. If they are still small in the fall, you could cover them with cut-off 2-litre pop bottles, surround them with leaves to give them a little protection, and that shoud be enough to get them through the winter. In my opinion, leaving them in their pots over winter would limit their root development, and the transplant stress may delay flowering until the next summer. My 'little' echinacea's I planted out last October will have full flowers in the next few days.
