Beginner questions about seed/bulb growing in Toronto

I'm trying to figure out where to post on this forum. Hoping this is the right spot. The only kind of gardening I've ever done is to grow lots and lots if spinach in containers on my balcony. I now have some perennial flower bulbs and seeds that I have no clue what to do with. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The first frost will likely hit us in the end of November at the earliest. I have the following bulbs and seeds.

Bulbs:

Dwarf iris, Crocus, Grape hyacinth.

Seeds:

Lily of the valley, Lily of the Nile, Lupin Dwarf Gallery, Grape hyacinth, English Daisy.

Please someone tell me what I am supposed to be doing with these, and which bagged potting mix I should purchase from Canadian Tire/Lowes/Sheridan Nursery. Thanks!
