Sounds like fruiting reproductive bodies to me too, mushroom organs. Spray them with sulfur powder or neem oil and don't worry so much about humidity unless the plants your growing are the more difficult Nepenthes. Most carnivorous plants are easiest to raise open pot as houseplants if they are tropicals, or outside in North American type conditions if they are temperates. Only a few are picky about humidity and temperature. All of them can succumb to fungus attacks though.
