New to this. Did I kill it?

I have had a nephthenes/tropical pitcher for a few years. It is happy and thriving. I am really interested in the carnivorous plants so I went to a club plant show this year to talk to people and learn more and maybe pick up some new ones. I learned that my fly trap needed some cold dormancy, and I also picked up some more native pitchers that needed cold dormancy.

I've had them out on my enclosed sunporch in a pan of water, as instructed, since mid October. They have been happily just whiling away the winter in the morning sun and bright indirect light.

I check them frequently because I'm out there all the time. Yesterday, they and their pan of water had frozen over. I figured that couldn't be good so I brought them in to the other side of the door, same light, just now they are warm and in my living room.

They are still crunchy.

I'm so sad. Did I kill my beautiful pitchers and Nippy? (Yes, we named the the fly trap. He's a friend.)

Thanks for any help.
