Well, there are several options...

It's not getting the light it needs, it's not getting the type or volume of water it needs... OR, perhapse it is still adjusting to its new environment and needs patience.

(hardest lesson I've had to learn with these plants is patience. Plant seeds some time or take cuttings off a nepenthes... man that can seem like forever)

One of my flytraps is making little bitty leaves right now. I'm not saying that your trap isn't in trouble, it could be... but it could be an adjustment issue too. If it was cramped up in one of those tubes or cubes, it may have some shock from the difference in humidity.

Its been in there a while so I dont think it can still be adjusting and ive got two grow lights over it. Pretty sure its got enough water..

Hola Boris26-Mine is doing the same as yours! But mine is outdoors in a bog. I am in Z#8. It is resting now, and I hope that it wakes up when it warms up!

If that's where you heard it you might as well just nuke the plant. These people tell you to feed it hamburger and you're listening to them?

I would've put it in dormancy. The dormancy period is Late November, just because the plant is 1 week late it should skip dormancy?

If in some outer-worldly circumstance, and the fact I wouldn't put it in dormancy anyways NOW, then give it a lot more light, light is usually the problem with growth or slowness. Over-watering is not really possible. It's most likely light, or are you giving it fertilizer or bad water? (Tap or "Spring")

Or, you could just wait for the traps to get bigger if you expected them to get huge 3 days after popping up.
