Multisided or divide?

I bought 3 drosera aliciae on ebay last year, well the year before last now. They were growing outside while the weather was warm, but now they are under lights indoors.

They now have small to medium size leaves growing out from the sides, with some overlapping with the original plant. Presumably this is normal, but can they be separated from the mother plant, or should I best leave well alone.

The same sort of scenario applies to one of my butterworts. I think it's a grandflora as it had large overlapping leaves in the summer, now it has a small centre, which I've read is it's winter resting bud. It has three of these. Can I separate them into three plants?

Final question. If growing a nepenthes in pure live sphagnum moss, how would you keep the moss alive if nepenthes do not like their roots constantly in water? I do have a sanguinea in a tray of water with live moss growing in it. I'm hoping this will aid humidity, as well as increase my live sphagnum moss stock.

Happy New Year.
