Humidity

Here's one. I've got some nepenthes in my collection, as I'm sure many of us do. I'm having trouble getting the humidity up. Currently they're hanging under a shop light and they are too big for terrariums. I've been misting them but my little humidity meter doesn't seem to be moving.

First question... what level of humidity is nessisarry to keep highland neps happy and growing pitchers?

Second question... How do I raise the humidity level for these plants?

I'm open to suggestions, ideas and whatever else you have that might help. (no live chickens or burried potatoes please LOL)
