white insects in sundews soil

They look like little snow white worms and when I try to grab one to take a picture of it, it digs into the soil and wont show up again for hours. I think they are mealybugs bugs but they are not on my sundew. My sundews are baby's and most of them have recently started sprouting, I have one that's a bit bigger but its in a climate change shock and I don't want to shock it any more than it is because it's just starting to grow a little bit again.
What should I do? Do I get new soil and replant it? I'm really hoping there's a solution that can be used to kill them without harming the plants? They are a Drosera Spatulata and I'm new to growing sundews or any plant for that matter and if I have to replant the, how should I go about it?
