Carnivorous plant jugs problem

Hey

I have two pitcher plants in my garden for almost three years.

But the size of pitchers of one of the plants is continuously decreasing. I mean the max size of newly growing pitchers is getting smaller. I do not know what's wrong

The second one is still giving the huge jugs!

Isn't that strange??
