fungus in drosera

I think my drosera is done for; it has fungal growth through the stem and i just spotted a spore. Is there any recovery from this sort of thing? The plant is isolated but I might just get rid of it to prevent spreading.

Spray some sort of systemic fungicide on it. Drosera can come back from their roots, so even if the stem dies, yours can sprout another.

Use Neem oil or sulfur powder on it. You can also just cut the entire plant back and see if it grows back like Sehtnepen indicated... just use the fungicide after clipping it back to kill the fungus.

Is the plant in a terrarium or open pot? Fungus usually occurs in low light and closed conditions like in a terrarium. Try using open pots, ceiling fans, window light etc. as all the above reduce chances of fungal attack.

Can you post a picture? Aside fom increased lighting and more air circulation, you may also be able to simply manually remove the fungus. Some people also sprinkle cinnamon on the affected areas.
