I'm not certain you have a double crown. Could be just new leaves from the same crown.

P. moranensis is a Mexican ping, which is significantly different than a P. primuliflora. The former are easily propogated through leaf cuttings, while the latter aren't. Instead, they form plantlets on the older leaves.
