I would combat them in 2 ways and neither involve a carnivorous plant. Use sticky traps for the adults above the soil and a product that contains BT to get the larvae in the soil. "Mosquito dunks" are popular in the U.S. Place one quarter of one in your watering can and use it every time you water to get the larvae. It is safe to use.

Carnivorous plants won't solve your problem completely.
