My D. madagascarensis has reached a height between 6 and 8 inches high before it topples over and begins to grow upright again. The rosette is usually 2 inches in diameter.
I grow to set of plants, one on straight live sphagnum moss, a portion I have drop there by accident. My 2nd is growing in a media composed of 1 part perlite, 1 part fine sand, and 1 part perlite. The only difference seems that the one in sphagnum moss has bigger dewdrops but the one growing in mix media, the stem is redder and the tentacles are also redder. Other then that, they both look the same.
I had them flower last year, but there were no seeds in the pod. What seems best for propogation is what they do through their root systems, with mew plants springing up.

Hard to say how many independent plants are in there.
