Hamatas

Of course I've drooled over the idea of having a N hamata since I first saw one. When I saw that Sarracenia NW would be carrying them, I knew it would be bad but I would take the plunge and spend...then I saw the price. It was worse that I had expected. Then they were taken off of the market until April and I once again started to salivate. Now they have a new price and it is considerably higher than the old one. Is this supply and demand or is there another reason for it? I know that they are slow growing (so they can't be much larger than they were 3 months ago) but man, that's too much for some of us to drop on such a small plant.
For those of you that own a hamata, where are good places to look and what is a decent price to expect?
