| This time of year in SoCal, we see swarms of little black flies as well as the big crane flies, which look like giant mosquitoes. It's a great time to be a Drosera capensis. The crane fly in the photo was still alive when I took the shot. |

| Wow! Amazing...really large leaves for a capensis. How long are they and how old is your plant? |

| I think I've had that plant for two years, not sure how old it is now. The leaves are about 5 inches long. |
