Flower Bud?

So its been really nice this weekend and I was working all week so i had no chance to check out my CPs. I noticed a lot of new growth...and the leaves that were there before grew ALOT

anywho..on one of my 2 VFT's i noticed a different looking leaf..and thought it might be a flower bud (ive never had a vft flower on me (this is my first spring with CPs..ive had them since last summer)

So is this a flower?

sweet! generally how long does it take from THAT to flowering?

What why? This is not a death cube plant..i got it from cobra plant last year and took it out of dormancy and everything..does it not look healthy enough?

It doesn't look real healthy to me. Kind of yellow with some brown spots and I'd be a little worried about the white stuff, almost looks like mealy bug. Leaves are also a little deformed.

I agree with taz, when you are just a beginner grower of CP. It's better you cut the flowers off from VFT. Once you aquire enough experience & learn how they react, you can try leaving them on.
