LOL! Whoops! Did the trap release it due to it's size? What was the outcome?

nope no release, the part of the lizard not caught inevitably rotted and that killed the leaf. i have to say though. the lizard bones left in the pot were awesome looking =p. it was a full catch though. closed fully and everything

We are such a sick lot (can't help but laugh about the lizard bones-really adds to the authenticity!) Happy accidents.

For the record-I would've freed it too if I found it in time.

yea and who knows. im going to start my nepenthes garden soon here in hawaii and there are lots of geckos on my porch so well see =O
