You can easily make a photo account at www.photobucket.com
You have to save/upload your pictures in that page before posting them here in the forums.

after you have your photos saved & uploaded at photobucket.com , each picture has a "Tag" link. You copy this "Tag" Highlight this link, then right click 'copy' after that, you can paste the "Tag" here in this commnets on the forums or whenever you makea blog. hope this helps.
