That appears to be N. x Gentle (aka N. x Velvet) which is probably a hybrid between N. maxima and N. fusca.

Your setup sounds OK, but you might need more light for it to continue to pitcher well. If you have any nutrients/fertilizer in the potting media, it could make your nep to continue to put out leaves, but it won't make traps/pitchers.

could i get away with a little less humidity?
only the only humidified (above 60 %RH) part of my growing space is the fern tent and that has only bright indirect light about four foot away from a high intensity discharge lamp lets say perfect for ferns :)
but if i could put it nearer the lamp along side passionflowers and hibiscuses (equivalent to full sun)the humidity would obviously be lower around 50 -60 % RH at most times.
would this be ok for sucsessful pitchering?

Yes, I would trade lower humidity for brighter light. You have a Nepenthes hybrid which can tolerate a wider range of conditions. I think if you move the plant to the brighter spot and keep the humidity at or above 50%, you will be all set.

Yes, It will adapt and will do great. Go with more light. That is probably why your other one didn't pitcher. To do that, it takes a lot of energy, which it gets from the sunshine. Don't fertilize it, either. It is possible to give a light foliar spray, but not necesary at all, and may do more harm than good. Let it catch bugs, it will get plenty of nutrients that way. If it doesn't have any pitchers at all would be the only time to give it a spray, but use caution.
