Damage to Sundew (but appears to be recovering)

I have recently gotten a sundew (well, a few months ago) and now have fixed the humidity issue that it was having. After removing it from it's little platic container (it had outgrown it in the store) and transplanting it in the terrarium...almost over night, it had no dew, browning leaves, etc...I'm not sure if it was just shock, or being singed by not enough moisture and high heat. I decided to put a sealant in the corners of the glass terrarium because it appeared that the humidity just couldn't stay high enough....

but......take a look at the pics where some lower leaves have turned brown.....some are completley brown, some on the outer area only....what should I do?

Should I prune? If so, how? The whole leaf, just the brown parts? If I don't, won't it rot? There is new growth, some that had been damaged originally and some that is just starting.....
