| I was just examining Hubert and friends up close to see how things were progressing and I was dismayed to see the water in the trays doing a better job of collecting bugs than the plants themselves. (what a long sentence!) I know it'll take time, but come on...that's ridiculous. |

| What kind of bugs are they? I've noticed my sundews attract smaller bugs like fungal gnats. If a large bug does land on a sundew, like a housefly, sometimes they are strong enough to fight away from the plant. Make sure your sundew is getting a lot of light. Sundews best produce their "bug-attracting scent" and dew in bright sunlight. |
