Heating for lowland nepenthes

i am setting up a lowland nepenthes terrarium and have gotten everything figured out except for the temperature. i plan to put up a small stand in the terrarium for the nepenthes to rest on while filling the bottom of the tank with water and put in a fish heater. from here i am not sure of what to set the temperature at or even if this would work. i have tried my lights as heaters and cannot get the temperature in the terrarium to rise that high and the nights usually get down in the mid sixties to which i would like in the seventies. my main question is wether lowland nepenthes need a constant temperature or need a drop of some kind. if they can stay constant i hopfully coud use the aquarium heater method.
