If you are just repotting the plant, I would not worry about using root growth hormone. Usually root growth hormone is used to try to force root growth in leaf and stem cuttings, so I am not sure of the effect using it on already rooting growth would have. Best bet, let the plant reestablish itself naturally. Nepenthes are not usually affected by repotting much anyways, even if a couple of roots are accidentally snapped. So long as not too much damage was done, the plant will be just fine.

I would provide the best conditions you can and then let it be, so it will establish itself. When repotting, unless the roots are diseased and need to be cleaned, I would prepare the new location with a depression and remove as much as possible (plant & media) to fill the depression. Then water to fill in gaps. The more you remove the less possibility of root disturbance.
