This plant flowers constantly and cutting the flower stalk off is a good thing to do unless you want seeds. Flowering takes a lot of the plants energy and sometimes kills the plant, at least I think that's what killed one of mine. I cut the flowers off the others and they did great.

I am honestly starting to think it is impossible to kill these plants. On the big plant that i had (the one that i stupidly knocked the flower stalk off of) there is already new growth..and it's only been a few days since the incident:

on the smaller plant..i bought it in a death cube and it looked terrible..but i wanted a challenge..so i cut off all the leaves..and its somehow putting up new growth..like 2 weeks later

i wish they produced bigger dew like i see in everybodys pictures..and mine are only catching tinsy bugs..and the leafs arent curling..

Leave the flower stalk and then say that! It will live if you have everything right, but if not RIP. This plant is the hardest to kill but I have killed one and most people do kill at least their first, but good luck and happy growing.
