Venus Fly Trap Tips

VenusGuardian

I have three questions about my venus fly trap. The first is what is a good time of year to re-pot it? It needs a larger pot.

The second is that on Wikipedia it says that venus fly traps are supposed to become dormant in winter. I have owned my one for a few years and it has never done this, is that good for it's health? I notice it never seems as healthy in winter, it's a duller colour and some of its leaves die. But it grows flowers in spring which is supposed to be a sign that its healthy.

And my third question is I would really like to grow a venus fly trap from a seed, I was wondering if it's possible to self-pollinate a venus fly trap and grow the offspring?
