Its a Nepenthes Ventricosa. You have a gem of a plant. I bet that thing is pushing 5+ years old.

Water it with non chlorinated water. Bottled non sodium water would be the best.

Keep the soil moist, not wet, not dry. Nepenthes are temperamental when over or under watered.

As long as you keep it in the hanging pot you should do fine.

Thanks! I just posted a new picture of it! It's under "my Nepenthes is exploding"! It is producing so many pitchers right now I cannot believe it! I really need to re-pot it because it's only in a 3 inch pot. I could use some help with that! What kins of soil and what not!
