Bugs in Fly Trap Soil

deathica

So I planted some fly trap seeds last July and now have a few tiny fly trap plants growing. The plants themselves are doing quite well. I have noticed lots and lots of little bugs crawling around in the soil though. I'm not too sure what they are and they don't seem to be hurting the plants, but I have other plants too and don't want these critters growing up and making their way over to another pot. I'm not sure if they are gnat larvae. I have noticed some gnats in my apartment but I think they are just from some herbs I bought recently. Anyway though I'm not sure how to go about getting rid of the tiny insects. Any suggestions?
