Light is a big problem with sundews of all sorts. When you say that they get a lot of light, it might not be a lot to the plant. Since you have them in a terrarium, I assume you are giving them florescent light? What wattage are you using for the terrarium light? If it is less than 40 watt double tube cool white florescent shop lights or 100 watt equivalent compact florescent bulbs at least 5-8 inches from the plants for 14-16 hours a day, they are not getting enough light so will stop producing dew and slow down in growth.

Pygmy sundews also go dormant in summer if they are allowed to go too dry for a period of time. Since you are keeping them watered, that is probably not the case. What kind of water are you using?

Pygmy sundews hate having their roots disturbed, so if you replanted it bareroot, it might have taken offense. With pygmies, it is better to take the roots with a clump of old soil intact around them and repot into new soil.

Another reason why your plants stopped dew production is simply from shipping shock. So long as they haven't actually died, just give them good lighting with a water in a plastic container for the pot to reside.... and just wait until new growth comes in... probably in about a week. And then don't mess with them!

My first pygmy sundews were from Cooks. I lost one of them as well. First off, they do like lots of light. However, I've found most sundews are pretty forgiving in the light department. One thing I don't think pygmy sundews like is very humid stangant air. I keep all of mine in a terrarium which is not sealed and has a fan on the inside. It sits in a window sill and typically has about 50% humidity. My pygmies grow like weeds with this set up.
