Floppy, weak leaves makes sense as the plant was in weaker light, so needed less Uv protection. When plants get more light, they develop a waxy coating that hardens, giving them UV defence. The same thing happens when plants are in low versus high humidity. High humidity would tend to result in less tough leaves.

If the plant does not start producing pitchers soon you can give it a very weak orchid foliar fertilizer. Just mix up some water based fertilizer in a 1/4th strength solution and lightly spray or better yet wipe each leaf top and bottom with it once every 2-4 weeks. Too much can damage the leaves. Stop fertilizing when you have new pitchers.

This is a recent move. In addition to Mutant Hybrid's advice, a contributing factor might be that it is reacting to a change in environment. Neps can "pout" for weeks before acclimating.
