When looking for water to give your carnivorous plants, the main thing to consider is hardness (mostly mineral and salt content) as those elements can change the acid soil Ph.

If the water dispenser states that it removes all minerals and salts through steam distillation, filtration, and or deionization, then it's good. If the water says that it has minerals or salts added for taste, it is just drinking water and would be useless, and deadly, for carnivorous plants. Basically distilled, reverse osmosis, and fresh rain water are the best options.

Venus Flytraps are bog plants, so like plenty of water in an oversized tray under the pot. About an inch is good for most pot sizes. Both top watering and tray watering are good to use together. Pour some water on the soil about once every 3 days to a week and let it drain through into the tray. It will draw air into the soil and wash out impurities. If the tray is not as full as you need it after top watering, add some water to the tray to get it about an inch up. You can let the tray dry a little before rewatering, just make sure the soil never dries up. It always has to remain moist to the touch or the plant might die from dehydration.

I wouldn't use it. Use rainwater or distilled or RO only.
